1. Purposes of processing personal data.

"SOLID ESTATES Ltd. collects and uses your personal data only for the purposes set out in this Policy.

1.1. Purposes of processing of personal data of the customers of SOLID ESTATES Ltd.

а. "SOLID ESTATES LTD processes personal data for the purpose of offering goods and services to its potential customers, with the clear intention of entering into a contract. In this respect, SOLID ESTATES LTD may process data on name, personal identification number, telephone number, address and/or email address, etc.

b. "SOLID ESTATES Ltd. processes personal data of its customers for the purposes of the performance of the contract(s) concluded between SOLID ESTATES Ltd. and the customer, including accounting purposes, in connection with the legal obligations of the controller. For this purpose, data of the natural person about name, personal identification number or date of birth, identity document number, address, email, telephone number, etc. may be processed.

c. "SOLID ESTATES Ltd. processes personal data with the explicit consent of the individual for the purposes of market research and offering additional goods and services to its customers, data on name, email address, telephone number, technical data on the individual's devices, etc.

d. SOLID ESTATES Ltd. processes the personal data of its customers for the purposes of the realisation of its legitimate interests, including in connection with the performance of a specific contract, including for the purposes of the collection of claims, as well as the obligations of the controller arising from a legal act or an order of a competent authority. For this purpose, ALD processes data on name, personal identification number, identity document number, contract/customer number, address, telephone number, email address, etc.

The processing of personal data by SOLID ESTATES Ltd may be outsourced to a third party, representing a Data Processor, outside the structure of the Data Administrator, which provides sufficient guarantees for compliance with the relevant legal framework in the field of personal data protection. Activities related to the processing of personal data that the organization may outsource to a Data Processor include, for example: accounting and legal services, security services and video surveillance, development, delivery, and maintenance of software products, computer systems, websites, and others.

2. Means of collection and means of processing personal data.

"SOLID ESTATES Ltd. collects your personal data in the ways specified in this Policy.

2.1. Personal data of our potential and actual clients, contractors, employees/workers, and individuals engaged under civil law relationships may be obtained directly from the respective individuals; from another person for whom SOLID ESTATES LTD, its representative, or an authorized person will notify the data subject; from an authority or institution, in the presence of a valid legal basis for obtaining the data. With a clear intention to conclude a contract or for the purpose of realizing the legitimate interests of the Data Administrator, we may obtain your personal data through access to public registers.

2.2 Personal data and information about an individual may be received by us in the form of documents, forms, blanks, applications, letters, and correspondence. Furthermore, we may process your personal data when you visit our office or territorial unit with established access control, access control system, and/or video surveillance.

2.3. We may collect or obtain your personal data from our own or our partners' websites (including through the use of cookies), subject to the terms of this Policy, from the devices, pages and brands you use on social networks, and from other sources, provided that there is a valid legal basis for doing so and that we comply with data protection rules.

3.1. When providing your explicit consent, when concluding or negotiating a contract with SOLID ESTATES LTD.

3.3.  In the presence of a predominant legitimate interest for the Data Administrator, arising from a legal provision or another valid legal basis. 4. Access to personal data, modification, rectification, restriction of processing and erasure of the same, right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

4.1. You have the right to request and obtain from SOLID ESTATES LTD confirmation whether personal data related to you are being processed by the Data Administrator.

4.2 You have the right to access the data and information related to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by the Data Administrator.

4.3. You have the right to receive information about the logic of the processes for processing your personal data, the purposes and deadlines for processing and storing the data, information about the categories of recipients to whom your personal data may be or have been disclosed or provided for processing on behalf of the Data Administrator.

4.4. In case you do not want all or part of your personal data to continue to be processed and/or stored by SOLID ESTATES LTD f there is no obligation for the Data Administrator to continue processing and/or storing the data or there is no predominant legitimate interest of the Data Administrator to continue processing and/or storing personal data, you may object to the processing or request to limit or stop it, as well as to delete your data. This objection or request may relate to all or some of the processing scenarios, both for the full scope of personal data and for part of it.

4.5. You have the right to request that the Data Administrator updates, corrects, or supplements your processed personal data.

4.6. You may request the erasure, restriction of processing or return of your personal data and the APD will be obliged to comply with your request in the event that:

- the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed;

- you withdraw your consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal basis for the processing;

- your personal data have been unlawfully processed;

- your personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation under EU or Member State law to which SOLID ESTATES Ltd is subject;

4.7 The Data Administrator is not obliged to delete, restrict processing, or return your personal data in cases where they are stored and processed:

- for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and the right to information

- to comply with a legal obligation that requires processing, as provided by EU law or the law of the Member State applicable to the Administrator, or for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Administrator.

- for public health reasons;

- for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research or statistical purposes;

- for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;

- for the exercise of the rights of the Data Administrator, prevailing over the legal interests of the individual.

4.8. In order to exercise your rights described above, you should submit a written request to SOLID ESTATES LTD, certifying your identity and describing precisely the basis of your request, to which categories of personal data your request relates, to which processing and storage of your personal data you are making the request. You can submit the request in writing to our employee on-site at the office or territorial unit of the Data Administrator, as well as electronically, while complying with the requirements of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act.

4.9. You have the right to lodge a complaint for violation of your rights regarding the protection of your personal data with the Commission for Personal Data Protection, address. You can contact the Personal Data Protection Authority at the following address. "1595 Prof. 2 (www.cpdp.bg).

5. Protection of personal data.

5.1 In compliance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation and the relevant legal framework in the area of personal data protection, SOLID ESTATES Ltd. regularly conducts audits and analyses of its activities and carries out risk and impact assessments for personal data, personal data protection and the legal sphere of personal data subjects.

5.2. In this regard, SOLID ESTATES Ltd. shall implement and maintain an adequate level of security and protection of personal data in its organization and concerning its activities, through the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures for the protection of personal data and information security.

5.3 SOLID ESTATES LTD shall conduct regular briefings and trainings for its employees in order to raise their awareness of their rights and obligations in relation to the processing of personal data, as well as developments in the legal framework and technical progress.

6. Use of children's personal data.

6.1 SOLID ESTATES LTD does not intentionally collect or process personal data of children for any purposes other than those related to labor and social security legislation concerning the employees of the Data Administrator. In these cases, the employee provides consent for processing.

6.2. Although SOLID ESTATES Ltd. does not collect or process personal data of children, it may occur during visits to the office or territorial unit of the Data Administrator, where a video surveillance system is installed. In these cases, the rules and requirements of the GDPR and the relevant legal framework for the protection of personal data are observed.

7. Transfer of personal data.

7.1 SOLID ESTATES LTD does not transfer personal data within or outside the Republic of Bulgaria.

9. Processing and storage periods.

"SOLID ESTATES Ltd shall process and store your personal data within the time limits specified in this General Data Protection Policy or the time limits agreed between the parties under a contract or when consent to process the data is provided.

9.1 SOLID ESTATES Ltd shall process and store your personal data for the periods no longer than is minimally necessary to achieve the purposes of processing the personal data;

9.2. The Data Administrator processes personal data within the statutory time limits where they exist.

9.3. The time limits for processing and storing personal data may also be determined between the parties under a contract with APD, subject to the purposes for processing the data and the requirements of the relevant legal framework.

10. If you do not provide the necessary personal data in accordance with the purposes of processing, due to the need and/or obligation of SOLID ESTATES LTD to process the same, we can not conclude a contract with you, to provide the goods or services you want.

11. Updating and Changing this Privacy Policy, as well as its current version.

11.1. All changes to this Privacy Policy, made in the future, will be published on the website of SOLID ESTATES Ltd.

11.2. According to the possibilities of communication with individuals and the nature of the relationship between the Data Administrator and them, changes to this Privacy Policy, as well as the creation and updating of separate Policies for the processing of personal data, will be communicated to data subjects in a timely manner.
